INSURANCE
Reclaimed Counselling & Psychotherapy Inc. is willing to do third-party billing if this option is available through the client's insurance company. When third-party billing is not available, we will instead provide receipts with every payment, which can be submitted to the insurer. You may be covered by your company's employee benefit plan; however, we do not guarantee this coverage.
ASK YOUR PROVIDER:
If you have coverage for a Licensed Professional Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC)?
If there is a deductible and, if so, has it been met?
If there is a limit to the number of sessions covered per year?
What the coverage amount per therapy session is?
If you need prior approval from your benefit provider?
RATES (when covered with insurance)
$145.00 / 1 hour individual session
$170.00 / 1 hour couple session
REDUCED FEE
Reduced fee services may be available on a limited basis for those who do not have insurance coverage.
CANCELLATIONS
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
